Live action - Introduction to EAA with a dobsonian telescope

Message par Tiago Ferreira » 18 avr. 2021, 23:51

In this video

i make an introduction to the basic principles and steps to do EAA - Electronically Assisted Astronomy with a 12" dobsonian newtonian reflector telescope. If you want to enter EAA world and struggle with sharpcap you will enjoy the live action with all the little steps to overcome the difficulties and successfully observe a nice object in your device in just a few seconds and then take a beautiful snapshot at the end.
In this video i also recommend to visit 2 nice EAA forums, Cloudy Nights and Astronomie-VA (with the links at video description)
Important note: i've expressed my EAA vision which follow Cloudy Nights parameters. Due to always see different opinions please be open minded when watching this video. It's my point of view and i totally second and like the way CN deal with EAA. This video is not intended to feed the debate around that but only one more channel to help people to understand EAA and to open the door to do it with a dob. Experienced EAA users are not the target of this video.

Thank you.
